Leading Digital Transformation.

E-Commerce, Big Data, Industry 4.0 – The digital transformation has changed the economy and society as quickly as the industrial revolution once did. With it also raises new demands on the management and leadership culture in business. In cooperation with Prof. Dr. Julian Kawohl of the Academy of Sciences in Berlin and the innovation advisory zero360 we offer the opportunity to participate in a co-creative workshop together with other prominent participants and discover best practice models for the current and future needs to discuss leadership and management in the era of digital transformation.

What tools and methods have been successfully used in the management of a holistic digital transformation of a company?

What are the requirements for executives in the digital transformation?

How can sustainable “Digital Culture” in an organization be implemented ?

To answer these key questions, we are creating a cross-industry exchange at eye level and bringing startup founders with executives from the areas of strategy and innovation in many industries together. Use of agile methods from the design thinking will be developed in small groups with tangible and pragmatic approaches. The aim is to develop an outlook and appropriate methods for the next phase of digital transformation, which can be integrated into your workday. At the workshop, we create the ideal space for networking quality and a focused exchange among the participants. As an introduction to the workshop a get-together will be held with keynote speeches in the TED Talk format and a flying buffet the night before.
